By acquiring a ticket for and/or attending the Bright Life Healing Expo (the event), you (the visitor) acknowledge, accept, and agree to comply with the following policies governing the expo:
1. Event tickets are non-refundable, and entry or re-entry to any public areas of the event is not permitted without a valid ticket.
2. Children under the age of 12 may attend the event without a ticket only if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
3. Smoking is restricted to designated areas outside the event venue.
4. The event is accessible for visitors with disabilities. Additionally, ADA Title III service animals are permitted. Such service animals must be under the control of their owner at all times and should be on a leash or in a harness.
5. Event staff or volunteers may take photographs and/or videos of you and/or you and your child, and at our sole discretion, may use any such images for promotional purposes related to the event in the future.
6. In order to facilitate a swift entry for visitors, only the following items are allowed within the event: purses, small backpacks, tote bags, medical bags, and diaper bags. The following items are strictly prohibited: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, weapons or items that may resemble weapons, mobility devices with less than three wheels, coolers, and any items that event or venue staff or security consider to be disruptive or to pose a safety risk.
7. Solicitation, protesting, disorderly behavior, and any conduct deemed inappropriate by event or venue staff or security are strictly forbidden. Either may request that any individual violating this policy leave the premises.
8. You voluntarily accept all risks associated with attending the event and assume full responsibility for any injuries, including but not limited to personal injury, disability, death, illness, damage, loss, claims, liabilities, or expenses of any kind that may arise.
9. You agree to irrevocably release, covenant not to pursue legal action against, discharge, hold harmless, and indemnify the event venue, exhibitors, volunteers, speakers, healing sanctuary providers, workshop leaders, staff, and the officers, shareholders, board members, affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities and organizations, partners, agents, successors, assigns, and employees of the event production company (collectively referred to as “Released Persons”) from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature that may arise from or be associated with your participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury, disability, death, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense that you may suffer or incur in relation to the event.
